Once inside the receptionist was very kind and polite. I filled out my paperwork and waited. After 30 minutes and calling five people back before seeing me I asked the receptionist did they go by appointment. He explained to me that it would take longer for my appointment because I'm new so their normal clients would be before me. Which sucks because I was unaware of this beforehand. I work 12 to 16 hour shifts and I plan my appointments on my days off. So things like self care is very important to me along with my time.
