I travel about 5 hours one way to go see him, he is worth the time and money to do so. Dr Kiser gave me his cell phone number, when I text or call he responds quickly. He calls and texts me to check in on me, even on a Sunday. He is so caring. I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality dental work. He was the 4th dentist I seen and was referred to him as 1 of only 2 that dentist would refer me to, as he had the expertise, credentials and equipment to do the job I needed done. I am so thankful for such a great man and dentist. His office staff is wonderful!

Mom says the best thing about her 4 weeks here is "The constant care they give." She advises others to have their dog visit since that brings you even more attention! 5 STARS and more to the therapy team. Superb communication and progress data to patient and family. Other places we just heard, "Shes doing well." The aides, nurses and housekeeping staff are all very good but with one exception, they change so often in this big facility that we didn't have much chance to develop a relationship or communicate. We had a little challenge chasing down the nurses to find out about meds, BP, etc. One nurse failed to start a med when mom needed it because the script was from an outside doctor and she thought it was confusing. We wouldn't have even known if we weren't constantly monitoring meds. We think that nurse was actually scolded by the doctor. She was trying to be diligent but delaying a critical med for 24 hours was not her only option. We saw a doctor only 1x and the NP only 1x which was strange to us but Mom was doing fine so they weren't needed. The nutritionist was fantastic as were the Social Services staff, Ashley and GiGi. Much better than we have ever experienced!!!! I would definitely return to Kingston, but as always, a family member should be here often at least at first and be diligent about asking the nurses for updates. Again, we can't say enough about Annette (PT) and the therapy team.
