I was able to make a same day appointment for a 60 minute massage and was greeted by a sweet young brunette when I arrived. She didn't speak much English but the language barrier was no problem. She provided a perfect combination of a soft touch, firm kneading and light stretching in a clean, purple hued and candle lit room. I left feeling free of stress and relaxed. The only reason 5 stars wasn't given was because water wasn't offered. I Will definitely plan to go back when I return to Milan.

They advised me I take a break instead of continuing to get another gel extension or adding gel or any polish at all. I appreciated that they told me this because most places I feel would just try to get you to have the most expensive service done. Olly spent over an hour on my finger nails being very gentle when she knew my nails needed help. I really recommend this place! :)

Persona veramente deliziosa, gentile e..brava! Sono rimasta colpita dalla sua cortesia, velocità e perfezione. I live in the USA so I am very spoiled in fact of customer service and quality. If you are a foreigner here in Milan, you can find here the Shellac you are used to. They use a different brand but the results are the same. The owner is kind and skilled. I am not sure she speaks English, but you can find a way to explain what you want - she is very welcoming and I'm sure she'll understand! The place is very small and doesn't show off, but the service, at least the manicure with semi permanent gel, was perfect.
