Lab work is a pain because you have to actually physically call them to get the results instead of the other way around. (which nobody informed me off so when I went in and asked about it, I got attitude ) You're almost ignored when you walk in the waiting room. My first visit was great because I loved the doctor... However, I have been back three times and I'm not a fan of the front office staff. I called to ask a couple questions and was given attitude and was asked why I did not ask the doctor. Doc came in and we asked him to change it before she sat on it. He was upset at whoever set the room up for us and it showed when he stomped out and asked around to his staff. Guess that pissed the nurses off because: We waited 25 more minutes for a nurse to come in for vaccines. While I stood in front of the room where my husband and daughter were waiting, I heard the nurses complaining to the doctor about us and about a joke my husband cracked about how much info they ask for during vitals, and the doctor raised his voice and said " Well why don't you fucking get smart back to them like I told you to do before!?"
