Already my migraine's are much better. After trying all kinds of prescription drugs from the doctors and feeling little improvement, i'd definitely recommend reflexology.
Ahhh Charleen you're a saviour! It took 2 visits but she fixed my bloody hamstring injury that had…read morebeen so hard to detect! I had been sat at home self-diagnosing for a good week or so, gradually becoming more and more depressed that I couldn't play football when I finally decided it was time to get some treatment. I booked in at The Good Health Centre as the main guy there, Dougie, had treated loads of my friends and family members, but as I booked in short notice it was Charleen who I was booked in to see - she is brilliant! Anyone who has endured a proper sports massage will tell you theres very little relaxation involved in it as the idea is to get those knots out and work those tight parts of your body into a more natural fluid state. Charleen certainly does that. The first massage helped loosen up my hamstring but 2 days later I could still feel a slight kink in there, so I booked back in and they made an effort to fit me in on that day - great service. The second massage hit the spot, literally. As my hamstring was a little looser for this one, it enabled her to pinpoint the exact spot that was pinching and 45 agonising minutes of me gripping the treatment table later I felt ready to play again - and I did, 2 days later for the full 90 minutes. The best bit about these guys though, and this goes for Charleen, Dougie and the entire team, is they tell you whats causing your pain and what to do to prevent it in future! I think I'll be making a weekly or bi-weekly massage part of my regime now - and a £30 a time you can't really knock that! I can play football again. So happy Matty is back.

People I had loved and lost came through from the spirit world and even a beloved pet was there. Jane not only met my expectations but exceeded them by far: indeed, it would be fair to say that my visit to Destiny turned out to be one of the most sentimental and wonderful days of my life. I would heartily recommend anyone to visit this clairvoyant: furthermore I will personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the results of your visit. Will I make another visit? Absolutely! The only answer has to be a resounding yes. David Benjamin, Kendal, Cumbria. 13th July 2012
Blackwell House is a well known example of an Arts and Craft house. It was designed by Baillie…read moreScott.Having asimilated the philosophies of John Ruskin and William Morris, Baillie Scott brought a new approach to the design of the house. He dismissed the victorian plan in favour of a modern open plan design, utilising space and light to form the large, yet comfortable and adaptable living spaces. Baillie Scott also designed every detail within the house. His use of traditional craft skills and simple enduring local materials is evident in the intricate carved oak panelling, stained glass, decorative plaster work, metalwork and fabric designs. This is lifted from the guide book. I'm sorry. The house has a pleasant cafe which you don't have to pay to get into. The house is open from 10.30 til 4.30 every day. From April to October they are open until 5pm. Entrance is £6.30 for Adults, £3.70 children and £16.80 for a family ticket.

It's only open a few hours a day in the summertime, but if you're popping in for a castle tour, it's worth a visit. They usually have a lady inside dressed in period clothing, explaining how someone would have lived in a cottage that size. The museum is very tiny (watch your head, especially into the loft) and very hands-on.
