Was surprised that they don't stand by their words. LIARS! Dropped off a small plate to be inscribed only to find out they jumped the price up. 3 lines of name/letters took 3 days to complete and they couldn't even match the font with the others that was presented to them as examples. Don't believe they have customers services skills or honors. Find another place! read more
