I can't say enough good things about Scott Peterson and Awnings & More. I actually purchased my retractable awning from another company because the one that Scott installs for went MIA on me. That said, I wasn't happy with the installation, specifically their failure to run the power cord behind the slate siding. I contacted Scott and he was willing to help, fit me in quickly, did an awesome job and made me wish he had been my installer. The lesson here is you buy the product from a company, but the installer is as important a component of your decision making process. Sometimes it's hard to assess that, so good luck. read more
