A quick summary of my installartion issues are as follows and photos will elaborate more…read moreMy wall was dented and scratched from the installation The valences were scratched from the installation Improper valences installation . where there gaps in the conjunctions incorrect measurements were taken so he insisted on banging to make it fit .. result are dents , scratches and that the blind doesn't even reach the metal frame . one blind came 57 inches wide instead of 58 5/8..so he had to suspend it more so that the role can take the required distance incorrect measurements were taken this resulted in a more light gap that what was expected and no symmetry even on each side of the metal frame . One side even doesn't reach the metal frame . In other words both sides are centralized and light gap is way to big than what was communicated He doesn't have proper tools for installation such as the water leveling ruler .. I asked for it when he said that ceiling wasn't the one proper ... ie meaning the ceiling was tilted but we couldn't check as he didn't have the proper tools .. Why is he coming not properly equipped ? Not cleaning up after his work and leaving the place a mess

I'm very disappointed with my overall experience at this store. They've messed up my custom curtain…read moreorder in so many different ways and offer no compensation at all. I originally ordered 2 curtain panels with a white pole. Waited almost 4 months for my order only for it to arrive as a single panel with a silver pole. I had to have the consultant come back to re-verify what I wanted, send back the curtains to have them cut into 2 panels, but they still did not follow the directives given when cutting. Now I have 2 very obvious seams cut a few inches apart from each other in one of my panels. When the consultant called me back all she could tell me is that there was nothing she could do about it (even though it was their mistake in the first place). They tell me they can't change the pole without having to drill new holes next to the existing ones and so I'm stuck with silver if I don't want a bunch of holes in my ceiling (or I would have a white pole with silver brackets sticking out which the consultant told me herself would not look good). The installer was quite friendly, but does not come with any equipment to clean up after himself. I spent over an hour cleaning up as he had to drill into concrete and created a giant mushroom cloud of dust in my condo.

I had invested hundreds of dollars in curtains but was missing several panels. Made thee attempts with three different sales people to get missing drapes. No one ever called to explain delay or absence and when I showed up in person, I was told they had been given to someone else. Called the manger after another store transfer was supposedly requested and she never called back.. Thankfully I was able to get what I needed from another store myself. I'm very grateful I didn't order additional and expensive window treatmens I had contemplated.
