For me, it wasn't. They responded quickly and even quoted me they'd come out in about 2 weeks. After looking at appointments, they had an opening the next day and we took it. I can't believe how much of a difference a water softener does. It's one of those things that you never know you need until you actually have one and now we can't ever go back. Everything is running smoothly! Kareem came for the consult the first day and the technician who installed everything was Fernando. Fernando installed the RO and the rock salt filter in the same day. He worked efficiently and was good at communication. The initial consultation did not catch that I would need two outlets when I only had one, because there were two plugs for the rock salt filter. I had to hire an electrician to install one after the whole house water system was set up, however it ended up to my benefit as the electrician found and fixed an important wiring problem, but it would have been nice to know I needed two outlets or could have used a extension cord in advance. Overall nice people and I would still recommend. The water is functioning and the RO system tastes great. read more

They sell and install the highest quality water softener and purification systems coupled with superior service. In my prior home, after 10 years of my first system purchased, the hard water in our city's water eventually resulted in the need to replace my water softener unit. I wish I can give these people a 0! A guy named Adel has been coming around since the first day we moved to our new development home. Basically to make this short our water turned yellow toilet water turned yellow. Called them after months ,someone came out and told us it was clean water after they tested it. They didnt care asked for a refund and they said it was too late even after calling them the first and second day. Found out it was cheaper online and Adel charged us $2600 when it was really $500. Despite their fair price, I am not satisfied and disappointed by their service. Although we scheduled the installation for Saturday, the installation technician showed up at 7:30am without a phone call ahead. It was too early that I didn't get out of the bed to see how he installed it. He installed the system right behind the garage door, and the salt container sticks out a lot. He didn't make any suggestion to move it anywhere else but let it be. He then installed the pipe right in front of our water sprinkler controller and it blocks the access of the controller. He also installed the RO system under the kitchen sink, and again, he installed right next to the garbage disposal system and block the access of changing the filter in the future. My husband had to reinstalled it after he left. I feel that he just wants to get the job done and not even think about the customer. We told the technician that we would buy our own drinking water faucet, he told us to call them when we get the faucet and he would come back to install it for us. We scheduled for a Thursday installation, no one showed up. We called on Friday and were told that someone would come in later afternoon, no one showed up. We called again on late Friday and were told us that someone would call us back, no one did. We have wasted two days waiting for these guys. I hope they will see this review and contact us soon. Update from 6/26/21: The owner responded to us promptly and arranged for the technicians to come to fix the problems on the same day. All issues previously stated were resolved. EDIT: Adlee agreed to come take a second look. We got the water softener system installed at our house. The installation was done smoothly and without hassle. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the plumber who installed the system TOLD us he had bypassed the sprinklers from the softener. However, we noticed that the sprinklers were still connected to the water softener, and every time we are watering our lawn with soft water. I understand that it would cost extra to bypass the sprinklers if it requires additional pipes, but the plumber mentioned that he initially did it, and now they are not coming to double check what exactly is the issue. read more

Updated below. Install just finished yesterday and I have no issues with install. Product works as described and I notice water is better. The only issues I would not do business with them again and will not refer them is the creepy feel of their sales. I had other water treatment presentations and it was all very transparent as far as service and pricing. I overlooked this because of the ability of same day install. I quickly found out I was being charged the same rate as others even I did not need all of the same equipment. When the follow up call came today and I inquired about this, I was informed anything I didnt recieve was because I went cheap. Ouch. I paid more than my neighbor, got less, and this is because I went cheap. Ok. Before the call ended the salesman asked me to refer my friends and family. Twice. I was confused to say the least. Sorry Adel, hard no. Again, product was installed correctly and works for now. My concern is the lifetime warranty feels dependent on the whims of people who may not always be concerned with my family's well being. Lesson learned. Update. Not long after my review, Adli called me. He seemed sincere in his concern about my frustration and offered multiple solutions to remedy the situation.
