Over several months, we dealt with ongoing issues involving lead quality, call tracking problems, inconsistent reporting, and periods where campaigns produced little to no legitimate leads. There were also recurring issues with integrations and notifications that made it difficult to properly track customer inquiries and campaign performance. We repeatedly communicated our concerns regarding ad strategy, campaign direction, and overall results, but many of the same issues continued throughout the relationship. For the amount invested monthly, we expected stronger execution, better transparency, and more measurable results. To their credit, they were responsive at times and eventually worked with us during the cancellation process, which we appreciated. However, overall we do not feel the service delivered the level of performance or value that was promised. As a small veteran-owned HVAC company, every marketing dollar matters.
