Silac has "not received" or has misplaced over half of our monthly invoices that we send for our…read moremother's long-term care. We have the email sent for proof and the silac address is correct. we have even tried both email and uploading documents on their website. Very poor administration and customer service! We are extremely disappointed with their administration. It is such a time-consuming issue to even get paid. They love taking our money, but fight giving what they owe per our contract. I would never use them again for any person I loved.
