Again, there's no provider, in desperation I accepted a telehealth call and hoped she would get diagnosed to get some relief. The provider we seen (I cannot remember her name for the death of me) was seriously so rude, from the minute she answered the call, she was snippy and short. She cut me off when I was explaining what was going on, and was talking so fast I could barely understand her. Likely, she wanted us out to move on with her day. She could not have a normal conversation, when I would go to talk, she would talk over me like she was fighting for dominance. I ended up telling her that I felt my time was being wasted and that I'd just take her to her PCP, and she quickly said "okay bye" and immediately hung up the conversation. I'm very unhappy with my experience and will not be returning, nor recommending this doctor to anyone. I will be calling to ask her name tomorrow as well as contacting her supervisor, and Soonercare to advise them about working with this provider. The rest of the staff was nice enough, waiting for over 30 minutes with only one person ahead of you is a bit steep. Waited another 30 minutes for the provider to join the telehealth call.

This place administers my allergy shots for me... hopefully for not much longer. No exaggeration, it is the worst allergy clinic I've ever used. The woman at the front desk has a terrible attitude. Terrible. The kind of person that gets mad at you when she does something wrong. Even if you have an appointment, you need to call 30 minutes before your arrival to remind them to take the shots out - a detail they failed to mention until I was in the lobby, waited 30 minutes, and asked. That means that, had I not asked, I would be waiting 30+ minutes each and every visit. Sometimes, even when I did call 30 minutes ahead of my appointment, I STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES (probably because they forgot and/or aren't very good at their jobs). And I get it, these people don't like me. I call them out every time they do something wrong, which is EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. BUT... If you don't like me, why not reduce the time we have to spend together by... idk... let's say... 30 MINUTES! On the flip side, this is a great option for people who have no life and can afford to spend several hours a week waiting in a doctor's office.
