He tried to stay under our tow weight limit and explained what all of the different numbers meant as we asked about the trailers. He was knowledgeable, polite, and even made the teenager smile. He was recommended by my RV dealer, and in turn I highly recommend him. Mark was responsive to all my questions from the get go and stood by his workmanship and parts warranty after installation. He addressed my concern with the trailer plug as the truck DIC kept displaying "trailer plug disconnected" and "check trailer brakes wiring" when connected to the fifth wheel trailer. Mark immediately replaced the newly installed plug to no avail. He eventually determined that the problem was with the truck. So, I took it to the dealer where the problem was addressed. Mark was patient and helpful throughout the process. His great professional attitude and customer service made driving all the way from the Inland Empire to Hesperia to visit his shop more than worth it. In addition, the cost to do business with him was very reasonable and competitive. I plan on taking my trailer back to him for all routine maintenance.

He first did a boat trailer for me by adding surge brakes and redoing the electrical and adding LED lights. Turned out great and my small former SUV could now handle the heavier load without worrying about stopping! He also did a custom BBQ grill mount for my now former travel trailer. I was able to mount my personal weber grill on the back of the bumper. He also added a custom 2 in hitch receiver so I could carry a bicycle rack. He was always communicative and price was within the ballpark quote he gave me. It's hard to know exactly what you will pay with custom fabrication sometimes. I would recommend Dave and his shop. I probably will have more work for him once I get another trailer and or boat lol.

I had D&J Diagnostics come out to my house to replace the battery in my car. Jesse did a great job replacing the battery. In fact, the first one tested low in charge, so he swapped it out for another one. Then, it turned out my auxiliary battery also needed to be replaced, which he also did. Throughout the process, the business was polite and their secretary, Red, kept in constant communication with me via text message to confirm appointments and update me on Jesse's ETA in the field. The pricing was clear and reasonable, and everything was put back immaculately in my car after the repair (the batteries sit under the front passenger seat). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&J to others here in the High Desert!
