I've called the warranty department took a day to give me a call back. I am offering to pay to fix whatever whips I had because some are broken at the spleen others are a electrical problem because they flicker, guy in the warranty department claims they do not fix the whips only warranty if one breaks. I'm willing to pay to have them fixed but they refuse to fix them but they just want me to buy new whips. NO THANKS. Do not do business with them. Hauling Heroes really came through for me this past Saturday. We had to clean out my grandma's old…read morehouse so it could close escrow. The city trash contractor was going to charge an exorbitant amount to drop off a larger dumpster that would require a 3 month rental, but it would also take up to 4 weeks for them to drop it off. I called up Hauling Heroes and they were able to drop off a larger dump trailer than the trash container was going to be. They were able to squeeze it into a close space on the driveway next to the garage so we wouldn't have to move all the trash too far. They were also punctual about picking up the trailer as soon as I texted them that we were finished with it. What would've taken over a month to accomplish through the city's trash provider took only two hours on a Saturday. Also, had I had to run all that trash to the dump myself it would've taken me at least 6-7 trips in my pickup truck. Well worth my time and money. Being in the High Desert, it's nice dealing with a company where you know your trash is going to end up at the correct landfill and not down some vacant dirt road on the outskirts of town.

after hearing that someone tried to give fake review to ruin his business, i thought i must share…read moremy honest review. Jai gave me a reasonable quote over Yelp, though i also had many competitive quotes from Yelp as well but i selected him because he was respectful and it's very rare to see a minority business owned in my community these day. It turned out to be great decision i made, not only i never have to leave the house during the lockdown madness as he come to me, he also did wonderful job from beginning til the end. You can tell he had passions in his work and wants to do quality work. The finished of the car came out beautiful. i also used his carwash business on the same day he came to fix the car , Jai and his friend did wonderful job on both. what surprised me more was their respectful attitude and dedications toward their hard work. Don't be so quick to judge, they are quite respectful young fellas who just seek opportunity, judge them by the work they deliver. We as a community need to show respect ,supports towards small minority business owner like this and we can empower more successful minority entrepreneur.
