Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail. They were all respectful and took care as if it were their own home. They cleaned up after themselves every evening and made sure every last detail was finished! I'm glad she did, as we were to have rain. I have a carpeted basement, and that would have flooded my basement had it rained. And then I asked Aaron to run a very minor and short errand for me. I don't have a car. We agreed on a time. He did not show up, nor did he text me or call until much later. By then, I hired Uber to take me to handle the job, and Uber turned out to be cheaper than what I would have paid Aaron. So I decided to hire someone else to do my lawn. His attention to detail seemed to be good at first. But then, for some reason, he seemed to lose interest in doing a good job. For the reasons outlined, I can't recommend him, but I can't say he might not do a great job for you. All I can say is he highly disappointed me.,

I had also asked for a quote for some work on my neighbor's adjoining fence that she needed done. Todd gave me a very fair quote, was willing to work with me to get close to some other quotes I'd received, and I approved the job. I had hoped that it would turn out well but was prepared mentally for some cleanup on my part. I could not believe the job they did. You wouldn't have even known that someone had cut the trees without looking up and seeing the missing branches. My yard was pristine. All branches, bark, leaves gone along with the tree sections. Just a few little spots of sawdust that the wind will carry away. I couldn't be happier. My yard looks awesome, they did it for the amount quoted, cleaned up my yard beautifully, and even remembered to close the gate when they left. My trees look awesome and so much healthier!
