I asked what we owed them and was told they would email the bill. Imagine my surprise when we received a $879 bill with absolutely no breakdown. I immediately called my nephew. A journeyman plumber in Regina. He said that the work listed on the bill should not have come to that amount I reached out to them for a breakdown of the bill and was sent an infuriating nonsensical reply. It listed what was done and one total. After 4 email requests and 2 phone calls they have yet to explain a thing. If a business bills more than it should have been, a simple explaination is a reasonable request. We will be pursuing avenues that will hopefully conclude with a bit of clarity.

She listens to the up sell for a minute, then listens to her gut feeling and hangs up. The second call is to RYP Mechanical, the answer is YES, we can be there in 30-45 minutes. The tech spent 4 hours getting the furnace operational, and would come back the next day to replace a faulty part. The best part of this story is, she was treated like a friend.
