It's sad to see the decline in quality provided by this Doctor over the last 15 years. I've known Aurthur Zacco since 2010 and he has shifted from patient care to chasing the almighty $$$. I would advise patients to seek out Jernigans for PRP and hair graphs. They are much more professional, and they are nationwide so have the financial stability to not run their business like a mill. Please don't go in only to have an artery nicked just from a simple blood draw. It's not worth it. Seek out Jernigans in Raleigh....it's the better choice. They are staffed properly and they actually reply to your emails and VM's. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zacco in May of 2020. I was suffering from alopecia and thought I would give this PRP treatment a try. Well, from the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I met with Dr. Zacco and Angel for a consult he explained the procedure to me and the potential benefits. No promises were made and again I did not have anything to lose so I proceeded with the PRP treatment that day. He took before photos, then proceeded to wash my hair. Followed by laughing gas. He then numbed my scalp (pain free) and drew my blood. Dr. Zacco then came back and started to inject the PRP into my scalp (pain free). The entire process from consult to injections 2 hours. Well I just returned this March almost a year and the results (growth) have been remarkable. My hair has grown more then 4 inches still a little thin, but I've only had one treatment. He was absolutely speechless when he saw me and so was I after I was shown the before photos. Needless to say I had my second treatment that day and cannot wait to see what the second treatment does for my hair. D. Shorts read more

Dr. Zacco did a great job with my hair. My pre-treatment counseling was accurate and informative. I had all the information I needed to make a good decision about my hair. The results were fantastic. If you want more hair this is the best solution for permanent hair. Dr. Zacco and his team did a terrific job making me feel at home during the procedure and with all the care after the treatment.
