I took 17 minutes to carefully review the documents, and because of that, I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled. If reading legal forms carefully causes you to lose your appointment slot, that says a lot about the process. I had scheduled a 4:00 PM consultation, arrived on time, and was handed an iPad with multiple pages of consent forms. I asked if I could complete the personal information first and review the rest after the consultation, but was told everything had to be signed beforehand. I also mentioned these forms could have been emailed in advance to save time. This was my first time seeking laser hair removal, so I wanted to fully understand what I was agreeing to. At a medical doctor's office, some paperwork is expected, but for a cosmetic consultation, I did not expect to be rushed through lengthy consent forms before even meeting the provider. After finishing, I was told most people "just sign without reading." That was disappointing to hear. Important consent forms should be read and understood, not rushed through. I had taken time off work and drove about 30 minutes based on the positive customer service reviews. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Sharing this so future customers know what to expect.

They listen attentively to what you want, they are fully open to new ideas, and they will be honest with you about what is, or isn't, possible with your hairstyle. Appontment times are always prompt, and if you have special needs appointment-wise, they will do their best to accomodate you. They value their clients and take care of them very well. I am in day two and already the changes are apparent. The operation went flawlessly and the new surgical center that Dr. Zenn uses is very modern, and very clean with excellent staff. I have zero pain with just Tylenol. Dr. Zenn spends an inordinate amount of time explaining various things to me as I am one who likes to fully understand the various procedures and what the exact process is. Dr. Zenn always ensures that I *get it*. Some patients like to know the process and the details. He provides them if you wish to have them. I feel Dr. Zenn possesses a special surgical and artistic talent and is most gifted, and extremely well educated. Furthermore, he is highly experienced. His interpersonal skills are outstanding and allows the patient to feel at ease. I interviewed many surgeons for this operation, and I definitely chose the right doctor. I personally thank you.

After paying over $2000 for minor cosmetic work, my face saw NO improvement and my lip became just a line of lip...it was almost all hidden. Their attitude is "oh well"...no offer to fix anything they had screwed up. Very unprofessional. This was not the first time I had my lip done by other Professionals and I was always pleased with the work. First and very last time for Zenn...be aware your face and purse will look worse after having any sort of Botox or Jubiderm done.
