I cannot recommend this company. There's no landlord Onboarding and no clear guidance on how their system works, leaving you to figure things out on your own. Email responses were often contradictory, suggesting different people are handling them without a unified approach. Responses often do not address the problems brought to their attention. They've been quick to address emails but exceptional service would be better appreciated. I would prioritize resolving the issues that led to the dissatisfaction in the first place. For instance upon taking over property they never got the tenants information or visited the property. A year later I find out the rent amount collected is less than the lease agreement says, taxes were not collected and Smoke Detectors were not installed / Missing which is a serious fire safety issue. They offered to make an effort to get things right and Dominic was willing to work and try to make things better but a third time is a charm. I ended up selling my property because if the unfortunate experiences I had with property management and being out of town I cannot manage it myself. This is why it's important to be able to find a reputable and invested property manager who will keep your best interest in mind. Sadly I didn't find this with this company. read more

My lease was ultimately canceled shortly after move-in due to pest/bug concerns discovered after taking possession of the property. I reported the issue immediately and did not feel comfortable remaining in the home based on the condition I experienced. There were also move-in complications involving property access that required me to hire a locksmith initially, although that expense was later reimbursed. Management did eventually agree to release me from the lease and refund applicable charges, which I appreciated, but the overall experience was extremely stressful and disruptive. I would encourage future renters to thoroughly inspect the property prior to move-in. read more

Visited AZ Prime Property Management to pick up a refund check. The front desk staff member, Jasmine, told me they don't validate parking and said leaving within 15 minutes would avoid a charge. Building security later confirmed that businesses in the building are responsible for parking validation, which directly contradicted what I was told and resulted in me paying unnecessarily. This is a BASIC front desk issue. Management should ensure staff are giving accurate and consistent information, especially for short, official visits. Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had with a rental property management company. We stayed in one of their properties for two years, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Here's a summary of the many issues we faced: Slab Leak Denial: We had a massive slab leak that they initially denied and gaslit us about. After forcing them to come again, they finally acknowledged the huge leak, but we ended up paying for the increased utility bills. No reimbursement ever provided. HVAC Nightmare: The HVAC unit was insufficient for the house size and couldn't keep up. Despite our complaints, they refused to fix it. When the A/C finally went out, they replaced it only for it to fall off the roof, causing damage to the house and falling into our backyard. It took them over a month to fix, during which we had to replace our pets and move into a hotel. They only compensated us for half a month's rent, even though we paid for a hotel for the entire month. Incomplete Repairs: They never completed the slab leak repairs. The house was left with two major drywall cutouts, just covered with garbage bags and duct tape. The vinyl flooring buckled and peeled up due to the slab leak, and they refused to fix it. Uninhabitable Conditions: We moved into the house with a dirt backyard, dirt front yard, and dog waste in the backyard. Now, after moving out, they are trying to charge us $260.00 for "landscaping." What landscaping? The front and backyard are ALL dirt, not even rocks. Lack of Communication: They never let you talk to a manager. If you try to call in, they will lie and give you the runaround to avoid any responsibility. We never had a late payment and were extremely patient with all the repairs and issues, but this landscaping charge is the last straw. This place needs to be shut down. They will take all of your money and not care about the uninhabitable conditions they leave you in. Save yourself the headache and avoid this property management company at all costs! read more

After working with many property management companies, AZ Prime Property Management really is heads and shoulders above the rest. They're like the VIP/ concierge service of property management. We moved in on the 31st of December. When we arrived at the house the prior tenet s stuff was still in the garage even after having two weeks to prepare. There was an old rusted out grill they said they would remove. They did not. I found two termite funnels, the back of the garage was rotting out. We go inside and it's clear they did nothing to this house before putting on the market. The carpet is stained, crispy in spots and the kids room legit smell like urine. The water pressure is horrible, the bathroom shower didn't drain after using it (still full of water) and our toilet was clogged and would not flush. This was on MOVE IN people. read more

This sad level of customer service is the problem, they botch information, use systems they themselves don't understand and do nothing to fix their errors. They have zero intercompany communication. Multiple people applying for properties with no true order. They claim "first come first serve" yet how can they keep track if no one sorts who's actually first. First off the house we rented the owners son broke into and threw a party before we moved in it was trashed. This company told us to note it in their web portal, we did and took photos. Moving out they hit us up for the damage and stuff the son did and acted like our photos or the notes in their web portal was nonexistent and wanted us to show proof again. If possible stay away from this property management company. This company is in it for themsleves and will not advocate for their tentants at all. They have zero standards for house quality or things that need to be fixed before being the property managment company. For the house we lived, we had put in multiple request for the AC to get looked at. AZ prime had to get approval from the owner before any inspection happened. We had multiple bills where our electric was over 500 and this was due to the AC being clogged. They would not reimbuse it for the bill or even split the bill with us. Months later we had issues again and at this point the ac guys told us the ac unit needed to be replace instead of bandage. Again the AZ prime and landlord was cheap and just fixed it instead of replacing the unit. Even though they are the property management company, they wait for the owner to approve small bills before anything gets done. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. read more

I have to say I've been using Dominic at AZ prime property management for year but recently I was motivated to write this review strictly based on customer service provided. Covid unfortunately caused hardships on some tenants in my properties and as an owner I experienced some losses. However Dominic and his team did everything in their power to mitigate them and even provided financial refunds ect to help mitigate the trouble and damage done by tenants. They really do guarantee their tenants and for that reason I will keep my properties managed by them and have them manage more of my real estate. Highly recommend. read more

I had them manage a place I rented from 2017-2021 and they were excellent. The property was in Scottadale. I used their online portal and all the maintenance requests got done quickly and professionally. The people there seemed nice I also went to their office in Tempe to drop off initial rent checks and got my security deposit back in a timely manner. I would recommend them. AZ Prime Property Management need to have better customer service. All their agents need to take a fresher on customer service to be able to give a quality experience to their customers. My moms house window was broken at 3am and we couldn't go back to sleep because of the lack of no 24/7 hours emergency maintenance number. Try being with children scared because the window is broken and they aren't able to go back to sleep and us adults we aren't either. We had to wait till their office was open and when we finally got assistance and the person helping said you have to do a request online, but we were unaware of that, but they proceeded the request (the only thing they were nice enough to do regarding the issue.) First no notice was send saying rent or any maintenance requests were now being handled by them and online. Second, they weren't able to give a time frame on when they would be able to get the window fixed. When surly calling their 3rd party contractors could of said an approximate time frame. Third, the agent saying calling us won't expedite the process was so rude and felt like a threat of if you don't stop calling we will cancel the request. read more

My house has been managed by AZ Prime Property Management ever since 2013 when our former company ran off with everyone's money one weekend. I wish I had used Dominic and his staff since Day One. Our house used to go unrented for months in between tenants. The longest I've ever waited for a new tenant with Dominic has been 2 weeks. Dominic finds good tenants that actually pay their rent and stay a while. Dominic and his staff have always been professional, efficient, and polite. AZ Prime uses an online portal that keeps track of everything for me. They have a list of approved vendors that take care of any repairs I may need. It's very comforting to know Dominic and his staff have my back. I haven't had any issues with AZ Prime. I am so glad I found them and I highly recommend them. read more

The first time the Tempe granada unit came on their site I sent 2 emails from the inquiry box on the site about a property, then sent 3 more by actually creating a new email and sending it. Not a single email was replied to. I also called 3 times over the course of a week, my partner did the same. Then the listing was gone, it's a great unit. A few days later I see the listing again, I thought this must be fate, it's exactly what we need and doesn't break the bank! So my partner and I emailed and called again.  I only got someone on the phone nearly a week and half later. I wanted to ask about if the owner would be okay with my two spayed cats and ensure there wasn't a pending application.  The woman said,, "it shouldn't matter" about the cats...okay but that's not an answer when the listing says "upon owner approval", so I tried to ask if there was confirmation from the owner they'll approve cats, she dismissed it and said there was a pending application and to call back tomorrow. So I called back, super surprised someone answered, and was able to confirm that the application was approved for another tenant. The woman on the phone was disinterested and needs to work on phone etiquette. Call ended. No offer to help find another unit, or a goodbye. I feel like if my first call would have been answered I would have gotten the unit. I had already toured and was ready to apply but wasn't about to waste $80+ on 2 apps if there was already one pending. Word of caution to owners: Do not use this company. They do not care about finding good tenants for your properties. They only care about the money they make by people submitting applications on properties that are already off the market but they'll keep the listing on the website for days. Which btw the Tempe 2 bedroom says it's still available despite having a pending/approved applications since 1.27.22.  When talking on the phone and emailing with Acora Asset Management, Taylor Street Management, Q on Q property, heck even Sundial, were all so much more professional and helpful. I'm really sad bc I held off on applying on other places bc I loved the Tempe 2 bedroom, it was close to my sister and affordable. But that's my fault, I should have known after seeing a Tempe 2 bedroom posted for weeks there was something wrong with this company. read more

Anyone with bad reviews or negative comments must be having a bad day. I mean it is your right to have your own opinion but I just can't associate any negativity with this company. My Husband, Myself and my two little boys absolutely love the condominium that AZ Prime is leasing us. Not just that, every single person that I speak to when I have to call, is always positive, professional, knowledgeable and very understanding, no matter what the purpose of the call is. They are very thorough also. I love my realty company. The last realty company I used was, (can I even say their name) anyway, they were the exact opposite. The never took calls, never were in the office, took forever to return calls and gave us many different headaches as well as made us feel like we were being robbed. AZ Prime Property Management has natural CLASS. I'm not just saying all this just to please someone or anything, I'm straight forward and believe me, if I was unhappy, they would hear about it. But as I said, these people are the best. Very classy and fix any situation I happen to run in to. And, one big bonus for me, they never question any of my service requests nor do they charge me. The immediately send their vendor and either repair whatever needs it, or replace whatever is broken, with brand new parts. I don't know how much more I can say to convince these bad review writers to turn back and look again and really see the value of this company. I can give you plenty more facts and examples of how AZ Prime came through for me, but I'll stop here. One more thing though, just a few days ago we renewed our lease for another year, so that tells you that I've had plenty of time with AZ Prime to review the character of the company and I cannot say one thing that I am unhappy with. Terrible communication even before Covid-19. Put in service request for dryer and it was cancelled right in the middle of it. Took a week to get fixed. Now our ice machine is broken and it took a week to get a response from anybody. Now we're at two weeks with no word. Our washer isn't functioning properly and we can only imagine how long until it gets fixed. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. They allow people to look at your property without anyone being present, just giving them the keys to your home then leaving it open for days at a time. They don't schedule maintenance calls for months and you have to constantly remind them. They lose items you sent to them, such as extra keys you paid to have made, mail keys, pool keys. They will advertise your home to tenants that don't meet any of the requirements you set out (section 8, tennis with large animals, tenant who smoke) and tell you you should lower the rent if you want to rent it out. They will lie to you and charge you more than the contract states. Read the contract and hold them to it. They will do nothing for you and couldn't care less. read more

AZ prime property managed my condo in Tempe and then helped me sell the property last year. I found working with them extremely difficult and frustrating. They lacked clear and effective communication, and were overall very unprofessional. Hiring them precipitating more hassles than I ever had managing the condo myself. To elaborate, they had trouble obtaining and retaining tenants. The condo sat empty for periods of time. I finally decided to sell my condo and they offered to act as my real estate agency. It took them about 6 months to sell the condo, and it finally seemed to be "over with". But that was a year ago and I just got a notice from the Arizona Dept of Revenue regarding a TPT license that was never cancelled when the condo sold. It added up to a lot of money out of my pocket for their negligence. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you are willing to deal with mistakes/errors and headaches throughout the experience. read more
