BEWARE, not only was I treated poorly, the person who waited on me had NO CLUE what he was doing despite his arrogance. The man who attempted to help me prior to me taking my business elsewhere looked as though he wondered in off the street, immediately snapped at me, was rude, took my papers into another room where I wasn't informed as to what he was doing during this I could hear him on the phone asking how to do it. Since this transaction was different and knowing (as I called MVD prior to going there) that he did not take the paperwork I KNOW he needed and then stated he was trying to do the opposite of what I stated. When I said I was taking my business elsewhere he became agitated and frantically waved his hand at me and repeated "bye" quite rudely, then told me how I wasn't professional and didn't have his job. This was all done in front of a customer and coworker as if the treatment wasn't bad enough from beginning to end he showed the other people present what a jerk and unprofessional loser he was. I later spoke to other people who stated they had similar treatment from this person. Titles and registrations are documents that cannot afford to be preformed incorrectly, and as I stated above I did my research on the issue and he was not performing the transaction correctly.
