I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. First off when you walk in the door it's a nice "homey" feel, comfortable chairs, awesome wall decor, and no glass partitions separating the employees from the customers (like so many of these places have, which makes it feel just like you're at a smaller version of a DMV). The staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, and oh so courteous. I've used them on multiple occasions, but this last time they were extremely helpful with my girlfriends 2007 Pontiac Vibe's registration. They went above and beyond as far as helping me get it done. I will continue using this location for all my registration needs and so should you! read more

Yes, they charge a bit more for their services, slightly higher than the MVD. But, I'd gladly pay more and save an hour or more of my time than sit around the germ-ridden, disgusting Department of Motor Vehicles. This is a great option and alternative! read more

I have used AZ title and registration in the past and have had mixed results. This time was a exceptionally bad experience. I went there 4 days ago to transfer title on a new vehicle. I presented the counter person my title and was told both owners needed to sign the title and have it notarized. So i made an appointment with the previous owner and the notary for today. I did what was asked and went straight back to transfer title. On inspection of my title the clerk tells me my wife needs to be present also. So when my wife got off work I dragged her down there again. This time they said the title was no longer valid because the notary stamped it twice. Then they argued with me that I was told to have the bill of sale notarized. Which it is and I had in my possession, if they would have mentioned the bill of sale I would have presented it. Ok so my point is I should have been told everything I'll need the first time. Every time I went back it was something else. What's really burning my Hyde is the fact that they kept arguing with me telling me what I know was wrong they told me to have my title signed and notarized they didn't tell me to have my bill of sale signed and notarized that's a fucking lie because I have a notarized bill of sale. I will no longer use AZ title and registration there's another registration and title place just down the street it's actually closer I highly recommend going somewhere else if you care about any type of customer service read more

No waiting. Walked In and was helped immediately. The lady who helped was very nice and went out of her way to search for a Lein holder that popped up on my title. I gave a 4 star only because I feel they were a little expensive. But time is money. So check them out. In and out in about 10 minutes. read more

I went to two other locations prior to this one and they gave me accurate information. Another location had put a hold on my license plate because of a mess up on where we had written on the title. We are in the same building complex as this business and have used them for our vehicle and notary needs for years. Always good to work with and knowledgeable. Went this week to have some documentation notarized for our business and the staff refused to help us. Said they no longer would provide notarization services unless it had to do with a vehicle. It looks like the long time owners are no longer there and a new staff is in place. It's their right to scale back services, of course. But, after this we went to a similar business about a block away and that staff cheerfully notarized what we brought. Our vehicle fleets annual needs will now be met through a new place and AZ Title will no longer get our business. read more

AZ Title & Registrations is a great place to go to avoid waiting a lifetime at the DMV. Having just moved from Michigan to Arizona I needed to get the registration and title transferred and new plates/stickers for my car. I went here during my lunch break and was in and out within 20 minutes so I still had time to grab some food before heading back to the office. The staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The office itself was clean and had plenty of space to wait (sit or stand). What's really nice is they have plates on site so you don't have to wait for them in the mail and they also are able to print off your new title (same as at the DMV). The only downside was the price being more than what you'd pay at the DMV, but the extra money is well worth not having to waste half of your day waiting in line at the DMV. I will be using AZ Title & Registrations for all my vehicles from now on. read more
