We had such a bad…read moreexperience and ultimately did not purchase a property because of the shady work, the fact that there was mold inside the property was not disclosed to us, we found it in every single wall and floor as well as water damage through out. We were told someone would inspect it and that the property would not be sold but as of yesterday people were still working to cover up the problem. Paul was aware of the mold issue and still had workers in the home with no protection.

my boyfriend & I inquired about a house she was selling. we asked many questions about it including…read moredoes it have/did it have termites? & does it have any termite damage at all? she said no, no termites or past termites or termite damage. we took her word and put a offer in which was accepted, we had lost so many houses by waiting to see them that we put the offer in. we planned on seeing the property before we bought it and we did, the house had extensive termite damage, like the whole house was destroyed and needs to be torn down. we knew it was a fixer upper but termites were a whole other ball game, especially when they had eaten everything, even part of the floor was missing because they started eating the wood floors. if she's you're personal realtor she might be better but if she's not and you're buying a house off of her, make sure you do all inspections and don't trust what she says, if you can avoid buying a house off of her at all, you should.
