She talked my mom out of walking somewhere when it was cold and gave her a ride both ways. After that my mom fell in Super 1. They called the Highgate and Melissa sent the LPN over to check on her. Then she called me to make sure I knew and I didn't. I am so grateful for how thorough and quick she took care of everything. I appreciate the care my mom gets at the Highgate!

The worst. The medical staff is not knowledgeable. There is not always a P.A. or doctor at the…read morefacility. Medical staff could not answer basic questions. At least 2x within a week medical outcomes were dangerously inaccurate. Felt strung along, lied to, and deceived. Medical staff said they were able to help to get other medical help outside their facility and then refused. I don't know why they didn't want to release our family member for other medical treatment, especially when it was within our care plan from the beginning. I have my suspicions. When we fought for our family member's wishes, they pretended to act, but did not get results over a 10 day period and by that time, he/she was no longer eligible. Found out the operations and policies between Benefis Fort Benton and Benefis Great Falls are not the same. Our family members information was not put into the main system, so other Benefis areas could not access it. My loved one was not always allowed to make decisions that they allowed the spouse to make, though the patient was of sound mind. Dangerous and not trustworthy hospital I. Will.Never. Put. Another. Loved. One. In. This. Facility. RUN!
