Do not trust these people!…read more The owner, Ken gave us a bid to buy our office furniture and three times in a row promised to have a crew here to pick it up and no one showed. No apologies and now we can't even get a call back. This puts us in a bind with our landlord as our lease is up. But wait, there is more -- his customer showed up and left with 14 chairs and we have yet to be paid inspite of repeated calls. We are about to turn this over to our attorney if it doesn't get resolved soon. Here's an update. I used my wife's phone as my number wasn't getting a response and received a call from Alexander Lopez who said he would take this to operations manager Freddy Guiterrez. Well, again no one has called back to explain and the furniture stills sits in our former office at our expense.

Just recently our copier had several malfunctions and we had to call it in for repair. Boris (tech) called to let us know he would be coming out to handle our emergency. He asked some technical questions over the phone and came right in resolving the problem. He did however inform us that eventually we would need to upgrade our equipment. Not more than 3 days later I had to make yet ANOTHER emergency call because of a breakdown. I left a message because it was afterhours on a Saturday. I sent Boris a message along with a picture of our error message. First thing Monday morning, Richard phoned to inform me what time he would be arriving with our brand new copier.
