Angelo's sister was working the kiosk and mentioned that the salmon is flown in daily from Scotland with other fresh ingredients coming from Japan. I got the "Fantasy of salmon" which stayed true to its name with salmon in different forms plus more in beautiful bites of happiness. Each roll shows care and a delicate touch. At 8.50, it's an amazing lunch deal. I hope to see more of these kiosks around the city!

Great chinese food but always workout and query the price of your order…read more We are long term customers of master chef and really enjoy their food however the past few weeks we have been overcharge by £2 for delivery every week. When you query it with them they say that the manager has automatically added extra charges to everyone for delivery. I even asked for an updated menu last week with the correct delivery charges however they still try to overcharge. I find this ridiculous that they charge for delivery anyway when your paying more than £25 but it is stupid that they try and argue with you when they have fiddled the price. In future always make sure to query the price, I know it sounds petty over such a small amount but it is the principle of it!!

However, after eating many times at Regional Thai in Cheam which is by far the best Thai restaurant I've ever eaten in, outside of Thailand - we found out that Max's Thai Cooking is owned by the very same 2 ladies who founded and own Regional Thai in Cheam. So, we booked a table there for Valentine's Day and were blown away as soon as we walked through the door. It's a REAL hidden gem of a place. The interior is lovely, really well done and you totally forget that you're in Wallington whilst in there. The food is ridiculously good and really reasonably priced ... couldn't believe that a meal for 2 with a bottle of cava was so reasonable. I've eaten in many a thai restaurant all over the world and never in a million years did I expect to find the best one out of the lot right on my doorstep in humble old Wallington! I've been 3 times since and can't wait to go back again. I highly recommend the "Honey Jumbo Prawns" dish, it literally melts in your mouth and the flavour is just sensational. So pleased to have found this.

I also just googled them quickly and saw 3 pretty serious 1 star reviews elsewhere online... But I've eaten their take-away sushi twice now and I think it's pretty damn good! It's not high end by any means but beats Yo Sushi by a mile, is always the correct temperature (NOT fridge fresh) and has never made me feel anything less than happy and satisfied. Their driver is kind of rude and useless but it's well priced, on my road and super delicious, so I'll be back!

Was even more thrilled to see them serve pad thai without peanuts, letting customers put their own on if wanted! The service here was brilliant too, with the waiter talking us through the menu and the way they eat it in Thailand compared to most Thai places here in the UK. I could just sit and eat their coconut rice all day long! They do a lunch set menu that's really good value, which is on my hit list for my next day off! I ordered 3 x BBQ chicken wings for a reasonable price and then the Jerk Chicken (solo without the rice and peas) for a not so reasonable price. The wings were delicious and well worth the price, nice and tangy. The Jerk chicken I asked for mild rather than spicy. As I presumed their idea of spicy would be a lot hotter than mine. Unfortunately it was so mild that it didn't actually have any flavour! The portion size also isn't reflective of the cost, you are much better off getting six wings for cheaper. The packaging looked really cool, and the shop itself and owner is great but I am not rushing back for more.

I also ordered the wonton soup and fried wontons which were both absolutely amazing. I can only describe them as a burst of flavour. The broth from the wonton soup was light but still packed with flavour and the fried wontons were the perfect texture of crisp. This was definitely the best Chinese food I've had in a long time definitely a hidden gem!

We did order only last night. I'm unconvinced how new the New Sweet & Sour actually is, high-tech is certainly is not. The menus are black and white photocopies and the main lure on the front is that the food is "sealed in hygeinic containers", there is no website and the place itself looks like it hasn't changed since the 1980's. The advantage of this is that I don't think the prices have changed mush since then either. We ordered a set meal which was less than £20 and included so much food that we had it for lunch again today. It was not beautifully presented or fancy, but plentiful and pretty tasty. I ordered by phone and the service was pretty faultless and arrived before she said it would. No frills, good value Chinese food for take-away or delivery.

News flash: I've lived in California, and they don't put mayo on California rolls there. Anyway, besides the mayo on the rolls, everything was pretty good. The nigiri were fresh and clean-tasting, the shrimp tempura was still warm, and the edamame was perfectly cooked. And delivery was very quick. Worthwhile, although I'll see if they can prep without mayo next time.
