Tiny airport with only one runway. Super easy to get to…read more Because it's so small, there is no duty free. But because it's so small it is a very pleasant place to be! There is a bar/ cafe and a little book shop with literature in French and in English. Once you have passed security, you have a coffee machine, another drink machine and toilets. If you land there, you will queue to show your passport, but not for long! Once you have been checked, your luggage is here too! And if it's a hot day, you will be greeted by some artificial mist, which is really refreshing and better than air-con!

Within the terminal building everything is in about a 400m square area. They only usually have 2-3 checkin desks open at any one time, but when they only have one large flight out of there every 30 mins(ish), this is plenty. They have an adequate cafe in the main terminal area and very clean toilets. Through check-in there are no cafes but they do have vending machines in the waiting area. Immediately outside the terminal is the short stay carpark and car hire point so you cant get lost hiring a car, although the pick up point is a good 100m away from the car hire desks (well within walking distance, even with heavy bags). Staff have always been very friendly and helpful (even when I arrived 5 mins after check-in had closed they still managed to get me through without too much fuss).

Except for the fact that there usually aren't enough seats for everyone, but there's unlimited free wifi. You win some, you loose some...
