Lovely experience. Easy to get to via the public bus but there is parking available. Snack/gift shop prior to security. Restroom prior to security was clean and the stalls were individual and the door had no cracks in them for anyone to peer inside. Security was pleasant. Once past security there are 2 upstairs areas with floor to ceiling windows to see outside and plenty of comfortable relaxing chairs. One is also geared for families. There is also a small children's play. There is also a souvenir/snack shop near the gates. The prices were high (normal for airports). Another little airport, but perfectly located, just a couple of miles north of Perpignan itself. I've flown here with Ryanair and BMI Baby in the past, for holidays on the beach (Argeles-sur-Plage) and in the Pyrenees (I can't remember the place! The Tour de France runs through it anyway). There's a coffee shop selling delicious hot chocolate and pastries, and a small shop for souvenirs and snacks - not a lot else to keep you amused though. read more
