Our appointment was at 1215p, the open at noon and showed up to open around 1205p. We always make sure we are early especially when we are walking our way everywhere. The girls were friendly and patient while I chose my bracelet and charms. Since we were the first of the day it took a moment for the machine to get going and a couple tries to get the bracelet on. It did not take long at all and they have such great items in the shop - clothing, jewelry (non-permanent) and other accessories. Cute shop and reasonably priced for a boutique type store. My bracelet actually got caught on something the next morning when we were repacking and broke...not from the welded part but the chain. If we had the time we would have gone back for help. My husbands bracelet has lasted without issue!

One thing lead to another and before more than a few words were spoken I was trying on rings and saying "yes I have to have this" to my husband (John V.). Within moments we were sizing the ring and saying "we'll be back tomorrow to pick it up". Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we came back to pick up the ring. The ring was able to be re-sized in less than 24 hours and the woman helping us even directed us to the tax office (very close) and provided a local restaurant recommendation for the evening. The ring purchased is gorgeous and totally me and is my first piece from Tous - one of a kind. Tous has a new customer for life!
