One of the best bakeries I've been to in all of Bavaria. Extraordinary pretzels, croissants, stone…read morefired oven breads, and "knoten" (knot rolls). It's no wonder there's a huge line on Saturday morning. I'd say it's worth a trip if you're anywhere in the Allgäu.

Best caprese ever! Maybe my favorite sandwich ever. A caprese is a sandwich (usually on ciabatta…read morebread) with basil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, mixed greens, and some type of tomato sauce. It's amazing. It's very refreshing. There are also baked goods and other types of sandwiches. The only negative was that the lady working behind the counter wasn't happy. She acted like she hated her job. This is probably not true about most of the employees though. Home of one of my favorite sandwiches ever!
