Claimed it was going to be deep. Was a once over. dusted/ kind of vacuumed. I pointed out areas to go behind and that didn't happen can see in the photos. Simple stuff like empty trash cans in bathrooms didnt happen. Still finding missed stuff. I was on a call when the "finished" and basically hustled out before I could fully look around. As for the process. They Sea Turtle ph# doesn't work. They only chat thru Yelp. I asked for Phone calls and only got Elaine who said she was just the cleaner not the manager. Would not give me the manager ph#. I sent Elaine the photos of what was missed and she never replied. Not even a sorry we missed that. I kept asking for a phone call via the yelp chat to discuss but they they won't call. I would not have posted a review if they would of called like people who care about their business. Big scam. Do not use. $180 for 2 people for 1.5hr is way too much for a 80% empty 2 bed condo, especially when the they didn't do a good job. Mad I fell for the scam but needed a cleaning done fast. After checking prices and what they did we chose Teasdale Fenton Sarasota for the job. We selected a date for them to come out. I made sure the rooms were vacuumed and had anything that could be removed was moved (like a chair or a chest in rooms) so they could get as much as possible. Walt came out. He has been working in this business and owned the business before. He did a very thorough job in the rooms and cleaned up behind him where the hose from the truck came in the house. We had some traffic area stains from the previous owner. He said it was not bad and it came out with the normal cleaning. The carpet looks great. They do charge $5 for virus cleaning-where they do a special cleaning through their system so things from one house are not transmitted to another. I'm pretty sure the soap and water would remove it but happy they take the care to be safe. I recommend Teasdale Fenton Sarasota to do carpets. They do tile and grout and many other items, too, so check them out. I would definitely call them again to do any other jobs we had. Pictures of carpet to come when it dries completely.

I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. God bless them that they are that busy, but I've spoken personally to the owner because of my rave review because of their loyalty to good customers . I'm not bashing them, but they really should train the phone person better, unfortunately I have to use someone else now and you lost a very loyal customer.
