Larry doesn't have many reviews because he does a great job, and it's much more motivational to complain than to compliment. But Larry really did a great job on my home inspection. He and his lovely wife got into every nook and cranny of the house I am under contract for. They pointed out every little issue, from the fridge's ice maker not working, to larger issues like the home having absolutely no smoke detectors. They took many, many photos of the home, and reccomended a great pest expert to assess the home for termites. Overall, if you're on the fence about using Larry, please do so! His due diligence gave me piece of mind and saved me lots of future problems. He is a gem, and very meticulous in a world where people get by doing the bare minimum.

Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3. They performed a visual inspection of my heat pump and reported that is was very clean for its age, no worries! But...I had to have another hvac company come out the next week because my a/c worked, but not very well. Turns out my heat pump was very dirty and freezing over! Can't believe this company didn't catch it, I'll never have business with them again. C&J Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling will be my go-to from here on out.

I would say that if you want it done cheap, they are fairly cost efficient. But their services outside of installing electrical hardware will reflect the price extremely accurately.
