They removed the old gutters without any facia damage, cleaned the facias and installed new 6" seamless gutters, leaf-guards, downspouts and appropriate flow diverters. There's nothing more I can do then to leave a very bad review. My suggestion is do not use this company and run the other direction. His contract clearly stated I'd pay half upfront and the rest upon installation, which I agreed to. The job was supposed to take two weeks--but it dragged on for months. During that time, I texted him repeatedly. He responded with constant excuses--other jobs ran over, workers were sick, something always came up. He apologized often, but nothing ever moved forward. Eventually, he just stopped responding altogether. After weeks of silence, I sent a firm message saying it was unacceptable to be ignored. That's when he finally replied--but instead of giving me a date for installation, he demanded the remaining balance before delivering the cabinets. That had never been part of our agreement. Now I understand why--he had ruined them and didn't want me to see the damage before getting paid. Thankfully, I refused. What happened next was disturbing. He sent me a hostile email threatening me and my family, saying he was a former police officer and that the local police "wouldn't help me." It was completely unprofessional and unhinged. When I finally saw the cabinets, I was shocked. The finish was ruined--nicks, deep gouges, uneven sanding--every single door was damaged beyond repair. If he had just been honest, we could've figured something out. But instead, he chose threats and deception. Avoid this company. I deeply regret ever trusting him.
