So today was my daughter's picture retake day at her school. They are not well organized. The lady keep on misspelling my daughters name and keep putting her back behind the long line for an error that she makes. Daughter is upset and did not wanna keep on standing behind line again so she left her misspelled name on and just took her picture so she can go to her next class. They are very unorganized and maybe they need more people to work or help them. It seemed like the lady was overwhelmed. I am disappointed with how this company handles everything. read more

Expensive, disorganized, takes forever, loses orders. The design of their printed photos (if you receive them) is nice, but this company has been difficult to work with in some schools. The biggest issue is the transfer from their online ordering system to the day of photography. If the child doesn't bring in proof they have an order, they won't photograph them for spring photos. They should bring a printed list. The website asks for school name, teacher name, student name and it takes money. Seems like an easy print-out to run and ensure quality customer service. read more

Pictures didn't turn out well at all. Was charged for something that apparently came in the package selected already even though it didn't state it did and was never refunded. Way pricer then other photographers and the editing of pictures was not impressed and was charged extra lots of extra fees others don't charge. read more

My son has Autism and it's not easy getting a good picture from him. The staff at B & B worked diligently with him and got a truly wonderful picture done! read more
