Needed one large and one small dying trees removed from my property. Took a little while for them to show up, but we have had a lot of rain this summer. Once there, they did a great job, at a very reasonable price. Ground stumps....Cleaned up after. Very satisfied with the service. read more

We had 5 ash trees that died from emerald ash borer. A friend recommended B & B tree service so I called. The owner, Tim, met me the following day with an estimate I found fair. He told me he could likely do the work in a 'week or two'. After 13 days I called and he said he'd do them the following Wednesday which he did. He did the work as expected. He had two others in his crew who worked well together with him. He's getting the highest rating because he did the job as expected and showed up when he said which I haven't found in the past with tree cutting companies. read more

A while ago at work, I received a phone call from B & B Tree Service out of Berwick. The caller indicated he had received a call from our number, and wanted to know who we were. After explaining our business and checking to see if he was a customer who had placed a reservation on a product, he asked if anyone there was looking for tree services. When I told him no, we're just a beer store, he responded with "Well you have a house don't you? You f***ing retard," and hung up. The owner of the company, must hate money. He's lost any potential business from my circle, and I encourage everyone to seek "tree services" elsewhere. read more

They did work for my neighbors that did not have any way to get their truck in to remove the trees. So I allowed them to use my yard to make their job easier. Well let me just say that was a big mistake. They left my yard a mess there was no grass left. My yard was left mud covered and ruts everywhere. They also left their garbage in several spots and a bunch of straw in the front where it is not needed it would of made sense if they put it where all the mud was. Also pushed a retaining wall because they drove right against it and it sunk inthe ground. They should have realized that but no. I guess they just said screw it because they would of had to work a little harder. They have no care for the people that already made it easier for them. read more

Do NOT use these people. It took a month from when he said the job would be done for him to start, and then only because I had to keep calling him - and he takes a long time to return calls. They said two days and finished. When they finally did come after the first day they left trees down in the back yard and driveway. It was over a week later, after several calls again that they returned to finish. They dropped a tree on my car port putting a hole through it along with other damage. He wanted me to split the cost of repairing it----wow don't you hire professionals to avoid that!!!! I was traveling for work when they were cutting the trees down and I got a visit from the property owner next door a few days after I returned, it seems Tim from B&B decided he would cut a path through the property behind me, fill a drainage ditch with rock to get equipment to one of the trees he was cutting down. Left the property full of rutts, the drainage ditch dammed with a truck load of stone and never asked anyone if it was ok - now that is also my problem. Back to the car port -Being very reasonable we agreed that he would purchase the replacement parts, drop them off at my house and the roofers who were coming the following Monday would install the replacement panels for $100. Its now two weeks later, the roofers are on their last day here and I haven't heard from them at all. I finally text them today (again I have to track them down) only to find out (they replied several hours after) they now wanted me to order the panel and get it here. He didn't do anything he agreed to without being pushed, and he dropped the ball on the car port repairs also- working with this guy was like trying to roll a big flat stone up the side of a mountain. This guy Tim who runs the crew (he might be the owner also) is a winner, B&B is not the tree removal folks you want to hire. If it were possible to give them 0 stars I would. read more
