He told my wife that we were responsible for replacing it at a $150 cost. She told him we are not responsible if he breaks a tool and that we would not pay it. He said that if she wouldn't pay him, he would take us to court. He refused to finish cutting the larger trunk pieces and left due to an emergency. They seemed surprised I hadn't received the bid, apologized, took down my e-mail for the second time, and said they would send it out. Hours later, I've gotten nothing. If this is their way of doing business, they don't deserve to be in business. Regardless of whether I represent a large or small job, I should be treated with the same courtesy as anyone else.
