we were recommended as another client said Ali was offering free wedding content to build…read moreportfolio. we were then quoted a price which was fine but then the price went up, we had to remind about the agreed figure. the content was okay, but not out of this world. a few other vendors mentioned her presence was off putting. a few weeks later we got a reel and Ali was happy to take out a shot we hated. we ended up not getting the 3 agreed reels, I think we got 2. I stopped asking when I felt like I was pestering. wish I'd gone for a full priced established company/ content creator. our wedding was 2024 and it's now 2026 and that last reel didnt ever arrive. I definitely left feeling like we were used as a few extra pennies before Christmas and it was all very rushed and slap dash.
