This company is not a proper real company !!!! They have all sorts of phone numbers and addresses…read moreand business names they use . When you try to contact them they won't respond to you. They gave me an estimate and invoice and charged me a $350 deposit total then charged me $200 for a car transport that they didn't do , I had to tow my car to my new place and the move was 10 mins down the street and it took them 3 hrs to drop off the last load of my belongings after they went for lunch and drove around switching vans and taking their time and charged me for it then the first load that arrived they made me pay $150 to un load it or they threatened not to. Everything I owed was supposed to be on that truck then I learned they kept all my most valuable belongings 2 flat screen tvs ( 1,65".and 1 55") all my paintings and pictures worth $6000 and my boxes of electronics such as laptops/ printers / game Consolers/ psp / Nintendos / Bluetooth headphones / MP3 players ect... in a van that wasn't here. They originally tried to keep it thinking I wouldn't notice ! When I asked where the rest of my belongings are as I am already having a ruff , sick day due to my lupus and awaiting my hip replacement surgery they decided to tell me they are still waiting for it to arrive .... Going on 3 hrs total for this different van to show up they came in with 4 large men and told me I needed to pay another $600 and square up when at this point I had already pd them $595 total for the move and I only now owed them $165 and that was for " 3 men with a lrg truck and 4 hrs of labour plus the 10 min drive down the street so it was like 5 km. Also the car transportation they didn't do. I argued with them regarding the car transportation cause they didn't do it and I had to pay a tow truck $175 for my car which they were supposed bring here. So they actually would owe me $5 and I don't actually owe nothing ! Then they told me I can pay them $600 now and they confirm it went through I can have my items or they are taking them away and I can deal with the " office" you can't reach and they would appertly put them in their wear house which is somewhere in surrey. They wouldn't tell me where this warehouse even was. So I knew if I didn't pay the money I would never see my belongings again ! So of course I paid them the $600 for my stuff through e-transfer and they called to see if it went through and it was confirmed so then they brought in the items they stuffed in the van seperate from the truck of a way of insurance to rip me off. So in total a $700 move turned into a $1200 move and what a horrible scam this company is !!!!!!
