My car didn't have to sit in the parking lot for three days waiting on a part to arrive. I didn't have to go three days without a car trying to figure out how to do school drop off and pick up. It took like maybe two or three hours from the time I dropped it off to the time he told me it was done. Granted, he's a new business and I only saw one other employee. The best part was not only did I get the best price, I got all the work done by an ASE Master Technician, so I know the job was done right. In fact, Andy regularly saves me money by fixing the actual problem and not just replacing parts. Often a seal or a gasket is all that needs replaced instead of an entire part.
