I've been here several times for all kinds of help with my little flat, from hanging pictures to sorting out shelves in my bathroom, the A Bradbury fella are always there with the advice and tools that I need. It's not that expensive but it is a small shop so don't expect t find everything you need to build a house here, just the bits to fix it. A Bradbury's has been on Broadway Market for decades and you'll see photos of the store in the 70s hanging up by the till. It's an institution!

They are also a timber merchants and do wood cut to order. It's also notable for it's signage: down the side they have a fabulous collection of woodworking: writing and various objects made of wood, and stuck to the side of the building. Oy Vey! Sunday morning, off to India in 6 hours for 3 weeks and realised that I needed some keys…read moremade for a friend, so my mail wouldn't pile up in my building lobby and provide some sort of indicator to probing burglars. Don't fear, Rose's was here! Firstly, I was thankful to find somewhere to get keys cut on a Sunday. Secondly, the staff were really nice and they did a fantastic job cutting key copies where other key cutters had failed. I now visit this shop to get all sorts of hardware and home needs. They carry some particularly lethal drain unclogger which is so strong it is sold in a thick plastic bottle within a heavy cardboard box. The guys here are quite helpful, highly recommended shop!
