I was sleeping better at night thinking that we wouod not have water falling from the sides of our gutters and leaking into our basement. During this last heavy rain I discovered water shooting from a plugged downspout and flowing over the side of our house. I have sent pictures and left several messages on their voicemail (they never pick up) asking them to call me. I have not got a single response. July 22nd came out to "Fix" All Siding from to roof to bottom roof removed, ice barrier and flashing added November 2019 November 22nd before going to Mom and dads for thanksgiving I noticed the lowest siding on the west 1st story side was loose. I went up to reattached as why just used to old holes for the nails and they popped right back out in the wind. November 2020 November 17th Wind pulled the siding off at the repair site at the peak of the 2nd story November 18th (260-409-4771) dry bone employee texted: unable to repair roof. Passing to my manager as the J-channel is missing and the shingle is damaged November 20th manger supposedly "fixed" July 2022 July 18th noticed that the same spot (attic before now office) had water damage on the new drywalled and painted walls. July 19th Called and waited on the line, no one answered and I hung up after 15 minutes July 20th called and scheduled someone to come look at it (Andy) July 26th called to confirm follow up apt to repair July 27th were supposed to show up (No Call No Show) July 28th text saying they will be out the 29th July 29th text saying they will be out that day (No Call No Show) August 3rd text saying finishing am job and heading over. Job "completed" August 4th I get up on the roof because the outside corner post was very obviously not straight. Many loose and broken pieces of horizontal siding and J channel. Sloppy caulking job and shingles crocked. August 9th Reaching out to Ryan Linder Regional Manager via Linked-in August 11th Call from Ryan and gave 2 options: refund or fix it correctly. I opted for refund tired of messing with the company I will fix myself. He said checks go out Friday (12th) August 18 no refund. contacted Ryan: he verified that there was a delay and it was sent today. Apologized for not letting me know August 28th no feedback or check/refund from Drybone August 29th I left a voicemail w/ Ryan Linder and reached out to COO Still unresolved Unfortunate that a company that was founded on quality and customer care has been the complete opposite for my experience. We were told that we would get a call from someone to schedule our repairs. One full month later on March 2nd, I had not heard back from them. After multiple phone calls and conversations, we did get someone to come out on March 10th for the repairs. I was told that Bone Dry does not do time frames for arrivals so I took a half day off of work. I was told they would be there sometime after noon. At 3 PM when I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called in. No one was going to come out that day if I did not call in, but we did finally get someone out to the house around 4 PM. I would not have had to take a day off of work if I would have known this. I had to call in multiple times just to get this day scheduled and multiple times to get them to actually come out on the day we scheduled. On this March 10th repair date, the shingles were fixed but the water test did not happen. I was told that there was no need for the water test because the repair man knew what was wrong. My first thought was -- well then why isn't this guy the one doing the quotes? Our guy who came and did the quotes told us we needed a water test. I was also told that we would still have to pay the full $550 because it cost $175 just for them to come out (a manager eventually told us that would only have to pay for the shingle repairs and not the water test). At this March 10th repair, I was told that Bone Dry would be in contact to fix the additional problem that the repairman found (insulation). I was also told that when this new repair happens we would pay for our total bill then. So on March 10th he left and I didn't pay anything. I never heard anything else from Bone Dry. So of course we went another direction with our work. 44 days later from the March 10th repairs Bone Dry sent us a text message saying we were late with our payment by 44 days. I never had a chance to pay because I was never contacted again. The bill did not include the water test though which was good. But we did have to pay $388 for about 20 min of shingle repairs and our main problem (insulation) not resolved.

A family member recommended A&B after they completed their roof. The estimate of the roof was cheaper than other places. The crew that worked on my roof was friendly and hard working. He kept me informed of the progress and any issues that came up. They finished the job very quickly and left everything cleaned. I gave the 1 star bc his workers were cordial and worked hard. Craig came by at the end of the day to collect payment. We discussed that there were 3 things left to be done, secure one piece of fascia, attach one of the elbows to one of the downspouts and finish painting the replaced shake. 30 minutes worth of work at max. Craig said that they would be by in the morning to finish the job. I paid him because I could not imagine that a business person would risk their personal and business reputation over 30 minutes worth of work. After not seeing or hearing from him the next day, I texted him and he responded that they would be there the following Monday. Monday came and went. I waited until Wednesday to call. He did not answer so I left a message. No response. I called or texted for 2 weeks. He has never responded and the work is still not done. There are many reputable gutter companies out there. I would strongly recommend a different company but if you choose to use Craig Smith/Rock Gutters Home Services DO NOT issue payment until the job is complete. Check very carefully because he will not be back to finish the job if he gets his money.

Do it again only to find out that the parts they have ordered actually don't work for the our house. But that doesn't stop them from using the wrong parts . Only realized that the parts were wrong after they were told. Then they order the parts again. A total mess. A project that started in the beginning of Feb is still not done. The project left leaks through the windows. DO NOT ASK THEM TO REPLACE VINYL SIDING. After 6 months of back and forth, the windows still leak whenever there is a thunderstorm. Maumee River came and did a water test. Which is pouring a weak stream of water on the window and concluded that the windows dont leak. To date, wheneve there is a strong thunderstorm with wind, the window leaks. Now Maumee river refuses to do anything about it or give me a discount that I can use to get the leak fixed. Also refuse to let me talk to the owner because they say he is too busy. They did not do a thing right with the siding. At every step I had to complain to them. Starting from the person who estimated the cost and decided what kind of parts we needed, every single person who worked on the siding messed it up. Maumee River should either fix the leak or pay me to get the leak fixed.
