I would not recommend this company based on my experience…read more I hired this company in December to seal coat and restripe the parking lot at my business. From the beginning, the project was problematic. The owner arrived without all of the necessary supplies and did not complete the crack repairs that he had emphasized during the initial consultation as being essential to the success of the job. After the work was completed, I contacted him regarding the unfilled cracks and other deficiencies. In January, he acknowledged the issues and assured me he would return to correct them. Nearly five months later, despite numerous text messages and promises that he was coming back, the repairs remain unfinished. The parking lot striping also began chipping shortly after installation. A crew eventually returned to touch up a few spaces, but those repairs have already begun chipping again. Although I was promised a one-year warranty, I have been unable to get the company to honor it in any meaningful way. What has been most frustrating is the lack of follow-through. For months, I have been told that someone would be out "soon," only for no one to show up. I have repeatedly been informed that other jobs were taking priority over completing or correcting the work already paid for. Mistakes can happen on any project, but customer service is demonstrated by how a company responds when problems arise. Unfortunately, after nearly six months of unfulfilled promises and incomplete work, I cannot recommend this company to other business owners.
