We needed help when KitchenAid refused to bring a 42" Built In refrigerator up three stories of…read morestairs, with no elevator. This despite KitchenAid telling us on two separate calls with customer service, it would be no problem when we ordered the appliance. Elegant Crane Services came to our rescue and did a great job, safely, smoothly and without incident lifting the refrigerator (600 lbs.) up three stories, to outside of our door. They were careful and considerate of the property avoiding carports, the roof overhang, trees and railings. In addition we were able to hire them to de-install the old refrigerator, remove it from our condo, crane it down to the first floor and haul it away. We had scheduled the job over two days and they completed it in one. It was well coordinated, they were personable, friendly and demonstrated expertise in securing, lifting and moving large and heavy items. Based on our experience we highly recommend their services.
