I hired abiz to replace my roof and to repair any rotted spots on the roof and I also hired them to…read moredo seamless gutters and replace the rotted fascia board behind the gutters and then wrap the fascia. They killed all the plants in my flower bed and did a very poor clean up. Left large amounts of scrap metal and long gutter nails all though out my yard. Ruining my lawn mower... I called and complained... I also had to call because they left 4 packages of roofing tile on my roof for 2 weeks and to remind them they didn't do the flashing around the fireplace! Which cause leaking After the roof was installed about a month went by and they never followed up about the gutters. So I had to call and talk to the rude lady working in the office, and remind them that the job wasn't finished. I came home from work to people working on my house unannounced and my gate was open even though I had it locked and my dogs could have gotten out. If I knew they were coming by I could have made precautions about the dogs. They finally installed the gutters but upon further inspection they didn't replace any of the rotted wood behind the gutters and the fascia wrap ended up being 2 completely different colors. I once again called and complained and and they said pay us for the gutter work and we will come fix it.... I said I have never paid in full for a job that wasn't done correctly... so correct the issues and I will be happy to pay you... well it's been about a year and my gutters are still not pitched correctly. They never came to replace the rotted fascia wood that should have been repaired before the new gutters were installed and I still have 2 different colored fascia wrap. We have had a lot of rain lately and it's causing a lot of issues because my gutters have been so poorly installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I think if they didn't sub-contract out their work it would have been a better experience. They definately do not follow up! Update*** I recieved a phone call from one of the owners "matt maikrantz" stating these issues were unknown to him. I have emails and texts back and forth from a different owner and my sales guy Jeremiah about the issues. I've called him back a couple times now but haven't received a follow up. It's just very disappointing. My hours have been cut cause of the corona virus and I'm having to make payments on the loan I took out for this service and now I have to find the money again to pay for a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. Lord give me strength. As of yesterday I noticed that my "30 year roof" is leaking again which makes me question the quality of job that was done on the roof.

My wife and I watched in disbelief at how fast this crew was working and getting the job done. They completely stripped the old roof and installed a new roof in one day and it looked awesome at the end of the day. As they were finishing up, we went over to talk to them and was introduced to the owner of the company, Kelly. Had a very nice conversation about his business and I pointed to my house and asked if he had time to look at it and give us an estimate. I left him my number as we were heading out of town at the moment. A little while later I got a text from him with an estimate. We decided to except the estimate and Kelly had his sales manager Nick connect with us. Nick came over and worked out all the details with us and was very thorough with answering all our questions. We all agreed to proceed and was told that we could expect a crew to show up in two days and if everything went well the entire job could be done in one day. The crew showed up on time and immediately began working tearing off old roof. Truck load of material showed up a soon after and the shingles started being laid. I have never in my life seen a group of young men work like this. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Yasbin was the crew chief and his crew consisted of Hilcias, Jordan, Gabriel and Bey. These guys never stopped till lunchtime and then started back up and did not stop again till the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They put in a very long day and did a fantastic job! Work was postponed numerous times with an excuse from the owner, Tony, every time. Work finally started and every bit of it was wrong. He dug fence posts for a 6 ft wood privacy fence 8-10 inches into the ground instead of 2-3 feet. He used untreated wood. He used half inch deck screws. His measurements were off and corners were not square. When this was brought to his attention, he dropped everything and ran with our money. Never responded again. Took the business to court and won, and still taking him to court to get our money back. I called him from a different phone line and he answered. Gave me several excuses of how busy he was and would get to it. It's been 3 weeks now. From one business owner to another it's not cool to commit and then not show up or avoid someone's phone call when they're trying to hire you. I gave a 2 star review because the Tony was at least nice and cordial. He just didn't stand up to his word. Could have said he couldn't do it or communicated a different plan but that didn't happen. I got this job done by another company called Dunaway Construction who did an exceptional quick on time job.
