we were stuck at a rest stop because our entry steps would not retract. tried to fix but they would only go in and then immediately go back out. could. not drive in this condition. thank goodness I was able to get ahold of BT rv repair and they sent their tech Billy out help us. he got toys within the hour and diagnosed the problem. bad controller. he could not repair as it's not a part that he had with him, but he was able to get me the info of what I needed to order and he got me back on the road so I can get home to Phoenix. he was a god send and I really appreciated his time and all his help. great job Billy!!! it was a pleasure to meet you. thank you for all you did. read more
