A couple of his guys installed a whole house Trane heat and air system for us today. They were…read moreAWESOME!!! When they got to our home this morning, they looked at the location they were going to be working in and immediately got a tarp to put down over the carpet. While one worked outside to replace the outside unit the other worked inside taking out and replacing the inside unit. They worked to get our system installed quickly but efficiently. They cleaned up after them selves when finished. They programed our new thermostat, showed us how to run it and even where the new filters will go. After all their helpfulness and politeness the biggest thing for me was they did not take personal calls while on my time. They gave me their 100% attention the whole time they were here.
