Worst car service ever. First told us it was gonna cost $400 to tow our car on site, then changed it to $758 after getting it towed, then to $550 after arguing saying they are giving us a "discount." My F250 truck broke down 18 miles west Corsicana. My husband and I were pulling a 27' trailer as well. We called B & W Tire & Towing. It took only 30 minutes for the two tow trucks to arrive. They towed our truck and trailer to their shop. The guy who towed the truck and the guy that towed the trailer were very friendly and professional. The owner/manager (Eric) at the shop was nice, professional and immediately went to work on our truck. He knew we were in crisis being out of towners. Our truck was repaired in only 90 minutes (included part delivery). The pricing was very reasonable. We might not have the opportunity to visit B & W Tire & Towing again but I want to let other out of towners know that these guys are fantastic. read more

We had a blow out driving between Dallas and Houston, miles from nowhere. We thought the ball joint was cracked and it wasn't drivable. We called B&W and they said they could tow it to their shop and fix it for us. Once they showed up they said it was just a flat tire problem, nothing else broken. Racist. Unapologetically racist. Location: Waxahachie A driver for B & W Tire & Towing inc. towed my car to a shop on Saturday. I was traveling with my black student and her mother. I am also a person of color. My car stopped on the highway in a town that I don't know. Since I had a student with me, safety was my number one priority. I asked the driver what the town was like, and if we'd be ok. The driver then responded that this part of town is quite safe because there are "rich white people" living in nice houses, and that I was in good hands because the shop he was taking me to was run by white people. When we asked him why color would matter, he responded that their color speaks to the quality of their work. Hoping that this was an isolated incident, I called B & W and asked for the owner or manager. After a few days without an answer, I called back and was able to speak with Eric. I told Eric what happened, and he actually asked me what racist event occurred. Eric did not seem to understand why this incident was taken as racist. I once again explained the events to him. Eric was unapologetic. He then cut me off, and was quite rude by the end of the phone conversation. I tried to give this company a second chance by calling and speaking with the owner. So disappointing. Seems that bigotry and racism may not be isolated to one person in this company. read more

Paid 6300 to get motor replaced with 6 month warrant... truck never ran like it was suppose to... truck ran like shit took it back numerous times to get looked at but nothing was done. now I have a blown head gasket and they don't want honor The warranty... Horrible company. Called them at 8:30 pm to come unlock our car that was at Walmart parking lot. And two hours later they still had not showed up. Dispatch made attempts to make extra calls to driver to make sure he was there or doing his job. After 1 hour waiting and no one arriving, AAA called to tell me B&W couldn't change my flat and it was not a qualified service.
