We had a delightful stay; I think it was four nights maybe five. We used it as a base to tour around - Lourdes was our main focus - and it's been over 30 years since our last stay in this wonderful town.
We did find it difficult to find the hotel on arrival which was a tad frustrating and as we arrived over the two hour lunch break there wasn't a human in sight so we did as the locals do and off we went for a good lunch.
Our room was cosy, great shower, great big window to view the breathtaking Pyrenees mountain range. There was in - room tea and coffee making facilities.
There were vending machines near reception dispensing goodies that we paid no attention to and close by was a microwave. When you are surrounded by gourmet restaurants you indulge....well it would be rude not to.
Breakfast was delightful especially the local mountain cheeses and of course the croissants and coffees. All in all we had a great stay and we would love to return again but I doubt it'll be soon, if ever. read more
