The place is beautiful, clean, customer friendly and inclusive. The decor is great and well done and is fun to explore. The gym is well equipped and clean. There also offer a Salon and they recently started renting U-Haul for their customers in the local community. Setting Standards in Evansville!!!…read more I was in the Evansville area for business and I had an early morning flight the next day out of Evansville Aiport. I was looking for a Box in the Evansville area to get in a WOD before heading out for the night. I was staying in the Hampton Inn by the airport and saw that this Box was 5 minutes away. I dropped off my bags and headed over to work out. I was greeted by Coach Sara who welcomed me like I was a member of her location. I changed and warmed up and did the WOD with a solid group of CrossFitters. The folks who I worked out with are true champions and put me to the test, but I did get to an 80% max on Deadlifts so I was pretty happy with that. I had a great time and a great workout with this and hope to be back one day. If you're looking for a place to work out and maybe not challenged by the hotel gym, head on over they will take good care of you. Be prepared to sweat!!

They teach more than Taekwondo they also teach them to be consistent respectful mature and positive about their self. My sons self esteem has went from having none too having high self esteem! My son is 13 with Autism and Epilepsy it has helped with both he's learning to adjust to change and to push his self to try other things it has helped with his seizures being productive in the class with the mind and body has lowered his seizures tremendously! The teachers are aware of both of those and I love that they don't treat him any different than other students!
