I chose it because it happened to be on the same street as the recipient. I called my man Al and we worked together to order the perfect arrangement for a 50th wedding anniversary. I had occasion to call back between the order and delivery date, to revise the accompanying card. Come delivery date and because of MY mistake, delivery proved challenging, several phone calls, and a re-delivery. Al handled the problem with patience and a smile under his mask. Later, per his promise, I received a texted picture of the arrangement and receipt. I love Wyoming-ites and Al and the Country Cottage Gift Horse are great examples.

I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

The little shop with clothing, candles, cards,etc. The garden cafe that's a little coffee shop with patio covered and uncovered seating The flower barn where you can get a flower bouquet. And the greenhouse with tons of plants! The flower barn, greenhouse, and little gift shop gals were SO SWEET the first time I came here. The second time I came just for the coffee shop and the girls working weren't really attentive when I first came in. There were going on and on about another customer so it just kinda took away from the experience. The turkey bacon wrap and cheese danish I had was okay. Overall, I love coming to visit here, and I would definitely be back
