Lack of accountability and customer service!
Numerous decisions and mistakes on our renovations were made by the tradespeople under B.Gallant and nothing was ever mentioned to my wife and I about it.
Any issues or mistakes that my wife and I found in the work done by B.Gallant were quickly dismissed by Ken their foreman in charge of the project. We had Steve one of the owners come by to look at the work and expected some resolutions to the above mentioned mistakes. To date we still have never heard anything back from Steve. Byron, the main owner of B.Gallant was finally able to come by to check on the project.
Instead of properly fixing the mistakes, Byron only offered what amounted to quick fixes obviously in a bid to save time and expenses on his end and not properly look after paying customers. My wife and I still found these suggested changes to be unsatisfactory. This has now ended up costing us more money and we now have a kitchen that is not done as it was originally designed as well as the mistakes left behind. (See Pictures.) In Byron's final email, he lays out a quick fix and then tell's us that he will charge us for it. The amount of disrespect and unprofessional behavior shown by Byron and his management towards my wife and I is nothing short of brutal!
