Ben met with me and discussed my ideas and issues with my yard. He then designed a plan - which was an actual large plan like you would see from an architect. It detailed areas by native plants, perennials, and seasonal. I was so blown-away by the professionalism and plan that I hired them to install the first phase. They showed up exactly when they said they would and transformed my yard. Not sure if the bad reviews are directed at the previous owner, but my experience could not have been better!
