Every time we are scheduled to close they need something else day of closing and it can't close. I go to a notary every week and will be air mailing things a 2nd time. They promise everything's ready to close and they reviewed it and it never is ready. There is no accountability of anyone here. When Reagan Ashe returned my call, she was extremely rude and impatient and acted like she was doing me a huge favor. I wish I had made the change then but against my better judgement, we didn't make a switch. Everyone, with the exception of someone named Tabitha, was extremely rude. They were rude to me and my mortgage company all the while we were paying them? I just fired him from my case that he was representing us on even thought Ive already paid him 6,000$ 2.5 months ago to represent me during this case. I have lost that money and hired another lawyer because we can't trust him to do the job I hired him for. He played us like a fiddle from the beginning.
